Privacy policy

Effective October 5, 2026

D.U.B Productions operates DUBPRO, an application for booking, scheduling, talent availability, payments, and business communications. This policy covers the application and its connected email services.

Information used

DUBPRO handles booking details, contact information, talent availability, payment records, and communications needed to coordinate events. When the account owner authorizes Gmail access, the integration may access email addresses, message headers, subjects, message text, draft content, and message or thread identifiers needed for the enabled communication functions.

Google account access and use

The Gmail integration uses authorized access to create drafts and send availability requests, confirmations, reminders, and other event-related business email. Reading relevant incoming messages supports matching availability replies to talent and booking requests. The account owner chooses whether to authorize access. DUBPRO uses that access for these operational functions, not advertising or selling email data.

DUBPRO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and protection

Operational records and relevant communication details are stored in DUBPRO’s configured business systems, including Supabase and the existing Google-based systems used during migration. Gmail retains messages and drafts in the connected account. Authorization credentials are intended for protected service configuration and must not be included in public website files. The Command Center requires authorized access.

Sharing and service providers

Data is processed by the services needed to operate enabled functions: Google for Gmail and existing Google-based workflows, Supabase for application records, hosting services for the website, and Twilio for enabled text messaging. Email and text recipients receive the content addressed to them. Authorized D.U.B Productions personnel may access operational data to coordinate events or resolve a support issue. D.U.B Productions does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Business records and relevant communication history are retained as needed for event operations, accounting, troubleshooting, and legal obligations. Contact D.U.B Productions to request deletion of application-held information or disconnection of Gmail. Some records may need to be retained for accounting or legal reasons. Removing data from DUBPRO does not automatically delete messages retained in Gmail or records held by recipients.

Your choices

You can revoke the Gmail connection through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation prevents future authorized access but does not automatically erase previously stored records. Request review, correction, or deletion by emailing a.dubproduction@gmail.com.

Website and application storage

The Command Center uses browser session storage for sign-in state and local application preferences. This public information site does not request Gmail access or display operational records.

Changes and contact

This policy will be updated when data practices change. Contact D.U.B Productions at a.dubproduction@gmail.com with privacy questions.
